Eira was bought as a foal in 1970. She descends from a famous bloodline: her mother St.Pr.St. Silberkunst is the full sister to the Celle stallion Servus. No wonder that you find among Eira’s offspring outstanding show jumpers.

First of all, there is Werra, *1979 by Werther, which won in 1991 under the Englishman Nick Skelton the Grand Prix of Stuttgart and Hannover. Her son G-Line (VA Gadebusch), *1977 by the famous sire Gotthard, won S-level jumping contests for the stable of Liz Edgar, England. The first foal of Eira Der Lord, *1974 by the thoroughbred sire Der Löwe xx was also a successful show jumpers untill the age of 18.

Eira’s granddaughter Cordoba, *1988 by Cor de la Bryère (Selle francaise) carries on Eira’s jumping blood with great success.
