Elfenfaser was bought in December 1971 from Otto Wrede, Vollbüttel. At that time she was in foal to Adlerblick. A bay filly was born the next year, the St.Pr.St. Athene.

Athene’s daughter Ballerina by the English thoroughbred Bleep xx and her daughters Wendelina by Wendelin and Gazelle by Grand Royal have built up the 3rd bloodline of the breeder Jürgen Heumann. Ballerina and the sire Grand Royal produced 2 auction foals in Verden.

Ballerina’s daughter Wendelina produced some very successful show horses – in dressage and jumping.

Welden, bay gelding, *1987 by Western Star, for example, qualified for and participated in the “Bundeschampionat” (German Championships for young show horses) of 6-year-old dressage horses in 1993 in Mannheim. He has also placed in and won many 4th level tests and Prix St. Georges / Intermédiare I tests up to Grand Prix.

On the other hand, Wendelina’s daughter Wild Witch, bay mare, *1988 also by Western Star, qualified for and participated a year later in the Bundeschampionat of 6-year-old show jumpers in 1994 in Warendorf.

Gazelle's daughter Warina by Warkant was awarded the state premium.
