Gratinia descends in the 2nd generation from Wolke. Gratinia finished her mare performance test with 7,72 points (free jumping: 2x 9) and was thus became a member in the Hanoverian breeding program for show jumpers.
Gratinia is the only daughter by Aphrodite II which is still owned by the Heumann family.
In 2011 Gratinia lost her foal 3 months before the birth date.
Offspring
Toulouse (by Toronto)
After being ridden for a couple of years, Gratinia got her first foal in 2005: a pretty bay filly by Toronto which was sold to the South of Germany.
In 2010 as a 5-year-old, Toulouse finished her first show season as a show jumper very successfully: 6 wins of Young Horse Novice classes, 4 wins of Young Horse Elementary classes as well as many other placements up to Medium class.
In 2011 again, Toulouse placed successfully in many jumper competitons up to Medium class.
Eridanus (by Escudo I)
In 2007 she got her second foal: a black colt by Escudo I which was sold via the Luhmühlen foal auction to Winsen/Luhe.
In 2011 as a 4-year-old, Eridanus got placed several times in Young Horse Elementary Classes for Jumpers.
Eridanus II (by Escudo I)
In 2008 she got again a black colt by Escudo I which looks and moves very much like his grandmother Aphrodite I.
Avinio (by Avagon)
In 2009 Gratinia got a big, bay colt by Avagon (Acorado II/Escudo).
Esra (by Escudo I)
In 2010 she got a big black filly again by Escudo I.
